I’m looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to share this beautiful, quiet, and light-filled two-bedroom apartment in Randwick. My current flatmate is moving in with her partner, so you’ll be joining me in this inviting, top-floor home.

About the Apartment

The apartment is spacious, cozy, tidy, and feels like home. It has a lovely little balcony off the living room where you can see the ocean, and large, new windows that let in plenty of light and fresh air.

Roomy shower with good water pressure and quick hot water, plus plenty of storage. With a few candles, it feels like your own little spa.

Green space downstairs with washing lines where neighbors like to exercise or relax.

• You can walk down to Coogee Beach in much less than half hour, and 15 minutes to Centennial Park
• 25 minutes by bus to Bondi Junction and the city
• Nearest bus stop is 5 min away
• Our street is wide and there is on street unlimited parking.
