I’ve just taken on the lease for this apartment and I’m looking for housemates.

The apartment is located on the cusp of Clovelly, Coogee, and Randwick, making it super convenient to get around.

Clovelly Beach is 1.3 km away, and Coogee Beach is 1.4 km away.
