Description of the home

Ive been living in Randwick for the past 4 years now and its an incredible place to call home. The location is super convenient with the ritz just around the corner, Coogee beach 15 minutes away & a quick 5 minute walk to Randwick tram stop.

Bit about the place:

The apartment is street level with a small shared courtyard so getting stuff into your room should be easy*. Theres 2 bedrooms(one I'll occupy), 1 shared bathroom, shared living room that leads into the kitchen & laundry.

Room size is 12ft x 10ft

Its a 6 month stay with the potential to stay for another 6 if I resign.
