I am looking to fill my room while I am out the country, so would suit someone looking for something short term. The room will include a double bed, all furniture, and my various stuff which is in there - it's organised away for you. It's a large room suiting both someone who needs space to work at a desk or a couple. The flat is an older style which has all the quirks of Sydney's older buildings. It's a 2 minute walk from the Randwick L2 stop, 10 minutes from Coogee, and in a quiet street. On street parking nearby which isnt permitted too. Any questions feel free to ask!
