My current apartment is located only two blocks away from The Spot, a great place and community with plenty of restaurants and a few nice pubs. The bus station is located 2 mins away and the light-rail station 5 mins. Coogee beach is only 12-15 mins away walking 2 - 3 mins by car.
The images reflect the current configuration of the room but I’m open to move the furniture and bed out if you would like to bring yours instead.
The supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths are located 10 mins away. Most of the time you will find free parking around the apartment.
