Kitchen is spacious with good storage space and includes cookware, utensils, tableware and glassware.

The apartment is fully equipped with new bedding, bathroom towels and all items ready to move in.

We are looking for one girl who is clean, respectful and able to pay rent on time. Someone who will feel right at home and look after the place as if it were their own.
Sharing with two girls from the UK who are studying at UNSW and staying for 12 months

The electricity bill is not included in the weekly rent only water and wifi internet are included. The electricity will be shared by 3 tenants each month and should be between $35-$40pm which is approx $9pw
