🌞 Large Master Bedroom with Ensuite in Friendly 3-Bed Apartment 🏡

Master bedroom: We have a large master bedroom with a freshly renovated ensuite available in our three-bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a massive built-in wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk for a WFH setup 💻.

Location: The apartment is in a fantastic location, just two minutes from the bus stop, with multiple express buses to the city in 20 minutes. It’s also a five-minute walk to the light rail, a 10-minute bus ride (or five minutes by car) to Coogee Beach 🏖️, and a five-minute walk to Randwick shops (Woolworths and Coles) and gyms. We’re also only 10 minutes from Centennial Park 🌳—great for outdoor activities!

Kitchen 🍳: A large kitchen with a granite cooktop (lots of space to cook), dishwasher, and big windows allowing lots of light and a lovely view! 🌅

Lounge room 🛋️: Very large lounge room, with a dining table, a large sofa, and the added bonus of a bean bag.

Laundry 🧺: The apartment has a new washing machine and dryer (not shared with other apartments).

About us: You’ll be sharing the place with me, a lawyer, and my sister, a consultant, along with her partner (they share the third bedroom). We all work in the city at least three days a week, so it’s a good mix of work and home time. We’re a pretty active bunch—often out and about on weekends, whether it’s heading down to Coogee Beach, catching up with friends, or getting out of the city for a day or two. During the week we’re usually early birds and love to get a workout in before work.

We’re social, but we’re big on respecting personal space too. We’re looking for a considerate, clean housemate who’s keen to enjoy a warm and relaxed home.
