Double bedroom to rent in a lovely peaceful and spacious apartment on Coogee Bay Road - 10 mins walk to the beach, close to Woolies, Coogee Diggers Gym, 10 minutes walk to The Spot and Randwick Light Rail and close to loads of bus stops to get into the city!
The room available is a double with big built in mirror wardrobes and it comes unfurnished. The living room and kitchen are spacious with high ceilings and we have a little shared garden between the block of apartments. Washing machine and drying machine. There’s a bathroom with bath and shower.
You’d be sharing with me, Mina. I’m 33 and working in the city in marketing. I’m from the UK, love being by the sea, going for walks/hikes, finding a cool new bar, eating, watching MAFS etc :) Looking for a friendly girl or guy who will look after the place with me and just have a nice time. Usually around 2 nights a week I’ll have my fella over but then I’ll also go off to his - happy for you to do the same of course!
