Bright and modern 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Randwick. You'll have everything at your doorstep with a 5 minute walk to Belmore Rd which has amazing cafes and restaurants, as well as Woolworths, Harris Farm etc. Only a 5 min walk to the light rail station and 5 min walk to the bus station.

The apartment has a decent sized balcony which overlooks the (shared) pool - great for summer! We also have an internal, private laundry
and decent sized living areas. Our loungeroom has a sizeable TV to keep up to date with all the reality TV shows and also includes Netflix and Hayu. The modern kitchen has all necessary appliances including a dishwasher.
