Description of the home

We are offering a large private room + private home office (i.e. 2 rooms for your private use –> see pics) in our large and unique flat in the heart of Randwick. The total rent is 390 $/w (all bills included).

Our flat is very spacious and has a huge living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a big backyard (see pictures). Our location is 5 mins walking distance from the Royal Randwick mall (easy access to countless shops and great transport to the CBD, the beaches, and more). Short walk also to UNSW, POWH and Coogee (15 min).

We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, organised, and respectful. You will be sharing the flat with only 1 housemate. (friendly and easy-going Dutch guy, professional, age 25). Importantly, our home is sociable and welcoming, but it is not a party house.
