My gorgeous Canadian flatmate is heading back to Canada and her room will be available on 15 Feb. I’m looking for someone just like her. She’s respectful, quiet, a morning person into her fitness, working fulltime and enjoys a chat with a glass of wine.

Super quiet, ultra convenient, walk to everywhere location, the apartment provides the ultimate Randwick pad handy to Coogee Beach, the Spot, UNSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, Harris Farm & Coles/Woolworths. Buses to the city, Bondi & Newtown are an easy 5 min walk away, as is the Randwick light rail stop.

Your double bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, with westerly afternoon sun, it is very quiet and private. It is suited to someone with not a huge wardrobe, however there’s storage downstairs for luggage, etc if you are a traveller.
