Lovely, bright and light 3 bedroom apartment on Alison Road - right on the border of Randwick and Coogee. It’s a 5 minute walk up the hill to Avoca St and Royal Randwick shopping centre; 10 mins walk to the light rail, the POW Hospital and the Spot. 15 mins walk to UNSW. And then a 10/15 mins walk down to Coogee beach in the opposite direction. And a bus stop right outside your door if you’re feeling lazy or commute to the city.

It’s a modern 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. One enormous bedroom, one generous sized one, and one more suitable for a single (but still comfortably fitting and double bed and mattress and has a large built in wardrobe). It is fully furnished, with unlimited wifi and all bills included.

Currently, the 2 larger rooms are tenanted by a couple in each - they are four friends from Ireland but moving out on 9th and 12th December. Those rooms are available to view now. The smaller single room is available now and ready to move in to. Happy to rent the rooms individually or the whole apartment to a group.

2 weeks bond for 2 weeks notice - prefer longer term stays but short term is OK too.
