Fully furnished room (however, flexible if you have your own furnishings already). The room is on the smaller side, however is a lot bigger than what the photos depict! It features a built in cupboard/wardrobe under the stairs with ample storage and shelving space, plus a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, armchair and lovely natural light in the mornings.

The house has 2 bathrooms (one with a huge jet bath!), 2 lounge rooms, a large balcony upstairs, patio chill space downstairs, laundry and huge kitchen - loads of common areas!

Super close to public transport, UNSW, and Prince of Wales hospital - with reasonable parking on the street.
