2 Furnished rooms, one the size of a studio avail in a large social terrace house 5 min walk from Central and Redfern Station.

The first room comes furnished with a double bed, desk and a wardrobe. Its $315pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner who comes twice a week. So $350pw altogether. It’s also avail to two people for an extra $100pw, or $450pw altogether. The room is avail now.

The second room is the size of a studio and comes furnished with a queen bed, desk, dining table, couch and a wardrobe. Its $365pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner who comes twice a week. So $400pw altogether. It’s also avail to two people for an extra $100pw, or $500pw altogether. The room is avail 18th Nov.

The rest of the house features two bathrooms, two kitchens, a large lounge room, outdoor area and fast wifi. The house is also very close to Prince Alfred Park which features a swimming pool, tennis courts and free basketball courts.

The other flatmates are currently: Marcel (23) works in fashion, Anabel (27) from France, graphic designer, Andrew (34) works in hospitality, Louis (28) from France works in Finance, Christina (31) from the UK, works in Media and Charles (28) from Spain, works in Landscape architecture.

Please keep in mind this is a large terrace, with 9 rooms altogether. It is quite social, but it is not a party house.
