This is a great property in a very convenient and fun location. Redfern train station is just a stones throw from the apartment, which is great for commuting and getting into the city. We are also close to lots of cafe's, restaurants, pubs and parks.

The building has a secure entrance. The apartment has a large living/dining area that is open plan leading out to a good sized balcony. It is bright and very spacious, with air conditioning in the shared spaces. There are 2 bathrooms, one larger with a bath and a smaller en-suite.

The apartment is fully furnished and the bedroom on offer is a good size, it's bright with huge windows and a nice view. It has large built in mirrored wardrobes and is furnished with a Queen sized bed, side tables and a desk.

About occupants
Me (Callum) 37 and my partner Jess (33) are looking for someone to share our apartment after our friend recently moved out. We moved to Sydney from the UK 6yrs ago and have lived in Redfern since then!

I work as a doctor in a local hospital. I like going to the gym and play a few other sports. Jess works at one of the Sydney Uni's and is also studying a physics degree, and enjoys figure skating. We're social people who enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail or two at the weekend and having brunch at local cafes. Both of us are very clean and tidy people who also appreciate other people's boundaries. We've shared with several people since moving here and have remained good friends with all the people who have lived with us.
