The bathroom is completely yours but it does have the only bath which I might want to use occasionally but will also check with you before if I can use it.

Bills included, internet, streaming services etc, the only bills that gets split are energy and gas, if you want them included I can work that out.

Bed in the photos is included but if you have your own I'll move it into storage.

About the occupants
Moving at the end of Feb or end of March. Possibility to take over the lease.

Working full time in Alexandria but WFH 3 or 4 days a week, go into the office Tuesday and Thursday most of the time.

I love my own time but also love being in a space with other people and chatting or hanging out.

Doors always open for a chat or almost always up to do something.

Massive foodie so the kitchen has everything you probably need.

During the week I usually stay home or head out to a bar and I'm usually away most weekends.

Pickle - chub face, loves being played with, is a bit of a fatty and loves watching cat tv
Avocato - thinner face but heavier cat even though he doesn't look heavier, usually very vocal and loves playing and chilling on laps on the couch.
