Working full time in Alexandria but WFH 3 or 4 days a week, go into the office Tuesday and Thursday most of the time.
I love my own time but also love being in a space with other people and chatting or hanging out.
Doors always open for a chat or almost always up to do something.
Massive foodie so the kitchen has everything you probably need.
During the week I usually stay home or head out to a bar and I'm usually away most weekends.
Knows how to clean up after themselves, I'm not the type of person who cares too much if the dishes are done within the same night (unless its certain pots or pans that we both use)
Just generally respectful of the other person you are living with and knows how to communicate like (hey I've got some friends coming over) you don't need to ask permission but just giving me a heads up would be good.
