Description of the home

Looking to fill one room in Redfern (next to waterloo Coles.) Only a short walk to crown St, two supermarkets within 2min walk and 15min walk to the Bero! The place itself is a spacious 15th floor 3 bed, 2 bath apartment with a big lounge/kitchen area, has a great pool and recently renovated gym and sauna. The room itself is on the smaller side but fits a queen bed, wardrobes and draws. It shares a balcony and bathroom with one other.

We are one kiwi and one Brit (me) who’s been calling Sydney home for a while. We are in our late 20s/30s working corporate jobs 9-5 with 2 days wfh. We keep it pretty chill Monday to Thursday. On the weekend brad plays hockey and you’ll find him running around centennial. You’ll find me out with mates with a flat white in hand and then most likely heading out to a gig in the evening.

Room is available 17th of January. We are looking for anyone that will fit in well and is LGBTQI friendly, $350pw plus bills.
