Hello! We have 2 rooms for rent and are looking for 2 awesome individuals to share our Redfern home from insert date.

The house is located on a leafy street, 5 min walk to Redfern station and equally close to a variety of cafes / restaurants / bars.

Attic room
* Rent: $401.5 per week
* Bond: $1606

Downstairs room
* Rent: $314.5 per week
* Bond: $1.258
The room is on the ground floor, the only bedroom room on the ground level of the house! It’s a really great size and has room for a desk if you are working from home(which was a beauty/makeup desk pre-lockdown). There is currently double bed in the room (which can stay including the mattress if needed) but can easily fit a queen and has also had a king previously. The room comes with the wardrobe also.

The house has a lot of living space, with a decent sized kitchen, lounge room as well as a backyard. There is also a small granny flat out the back that we use for extra storage.

Bills and expenses
