The room is furnished, all linen and other items will be removed from the room for you to make your own. The rest of the house is tastefully styled. The bathroom and kitchen are in line for a renovation in the near future.
I am house proud and look after my furniture and belongings. I have 2 fur babies that live inside and outside the house. I wash the bedding and them regularly and the house is by no means doggy.
The bathrooms is to be shared, however there is a separate toilet in the laundry.
The property is close to the shops by foot, almost in the town centre.
It is an older cottage so it would not suit someone with dust allergies.
Street parking is easy.
If all goes well there is the opportunity to extend beyond the 3–6-month period.
