Hi, my name is Sikder. I'm 37 and currently working full-time at a telco company as a team lead. I will be the only other person sharing the flat, with each of us having our own room. Most days, I work from home, except for Fridays when I'm usually in the office.

Outside of work hours, I like to practice my acoustic guitar in the morning, usually in the living area. It's a quiet session, and the sound barely reaches the bedrooms. After work, I typically go to the gym, so I don't often use the living area during the weekdays.

I lead a very quiet lifestyle and rarely have guests over at the flat.
