We take turns Vacuuming once a week which doesn't take more then like 10 minutes and we have a silent ion air purifier in the living room so it's sucks up any dust and one for your room.
Most of the time we keep to ourselves but don't mind a chat, sharing the sofa when watching or movie/tv or sharing a cup of tea, a coffee or a bowl of popcorn but this is just not a party apartment.
We both have busy lives and are in bed pretty early to wake up early in the morning for work.
We are honestly so relaxed and understand personal space as long as the rent is paid on time and the property is kept clean and tidy.
