Fantastic large & light filled house in Rockdale with 2 lounge rooms, large kitchen, covered balcony overlooking our backyard and the adjoining parkland with our own gate to the park.

I have most of what the household needs outside of your own bedroom furnishings.

Bedrooms are upstairs with living area, kitchen & laundry downstairs. I intend to only lease out 2 of the 3 rooms available so that we all have our own space and don't get too crowded.

I own a small company and use the garage and downstairs office as part of my business.

I own a small company that works in Film & TV / Advertising industry providing digital technician services. I have 2 small children with my ex & they may occasionally stay with me.

I generally work on commercial advertising and fashion shoots. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work locally in Sydney. Im looking to share my house with people in similar creative industries. Love to bounce ideas for new projects with people that can think outside the box.
