Bedroom has a Queen bed; however, the room is a double in size (so not large). All linen (sheets), duvet/doona (feather) including pillows & towels supplied.
You will be sharing with me, I.T Professional along with my two cats. I’m seeking someone respectful, who is responsible to their homes upkeep and cleanliness. Someone that would enjoy sharing a meal with a glass of wine 🍷 occasionally.

I'm seeking a clean/tidy house-proud flatmate who is employed, to share with an I.T professional. The unit is 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (the main bathroom which would mainly be available to the share tenant & guests). Conveniently located on bus lines 387/386/362/323, across road from Harris Farm grocer in Rose Bay (close to IGA, Coles & Woolworths Metro plus Parisis deli). Apartment located on top of several restaurants and cafes literally at the door. Both Rose Bay and Dover Heights are fabulous cliff/ocean or bay/harbour walks (if that's what you like, as I do! You would be sharing with me and my two Himalayan Persian sister pussy cats.
Decent size balcony with district views. Large kitchen with dishwasher, separate laundry with front loader and dryer (towels mainly). The home/unit is relaxed and fully furnished to make it feel homey. Smoking only permitted on the balcony (which has an awning for sun/rain and outdoor setting. Great location and fabulous company (not a party-pad, enjoy a wine or two in the evening on the balcony to socialize). I hope to hear from you soon to see if we share compatible lifestyles.
