Bright, Open-Plan Apartment with Chill Vibes and Lots of Privacy. Our spacious, open-plan apartment is on the first floor, offering easy access and a relaxed, homely feel. The available room is unfurnished, so you can style it to suit your vibe. There’s free street parking right outside, which is super convenient if you drive.

You’ll be living with 2 working professional women in their 30's, a graphic designer and an events manager. We're both warm, open, and have been friends for years. We often travel for work and play so you will often have the house to yourself. Our home is a non-drinking, no-drama space, so we’re looking for someone who’s chill, respectful, CLEAN and values a peaceful environment. We also live with two precious indoor cats, so being a cat lover is essential as they’re a huge part of the home and bring a lot of love to the space. Our schedules are all pretty different but when we do cross over, we enjoy yap for a catch up. There’s a great balance of connection and plenty of privacy. Bills for electricity and gas are all shared equally (by 3)
We have a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks which is between $25-35 each per visit (depending if the does a deep clean or not)
