Looking for a new housemate to share my modern 2-bedroom apartment in Rosebery on Primrose Ave. The room is bedroom two in the layout photo and comes unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, and access to a large balcony.

About the Apartment:
- Quiet location, facing away from the road.
- Walking distance to Woolies, Aldi, and The Cannery.
- Heaps of nearby gyms, cafes, and parks.
- Convenient public transport links to the city.
- Features air-conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
- The apartment is currently unfurnished, but I'll furnish the shared spaces unless you’d prefer to bring your own.

About Your Room:
- Unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe.
- Private bathroom.
- Balcony access.

Lease ends: Late May 2025 (option to renew)
Utilities: Split 50/50
Parking: On-street parking only
Pets: Unfortunately not allowed

You’ll be sharing the apartment with just me. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing. If this sounds like the place for you, please tell me a bit about yourself and your situation.

Important Note:
The apartment is currently for sale. By moving in, you agree to accommodate up to two open inspections per week. One during the week and one on Saturdays until the property is sold. These are organised with plenty of advanced notice to minimise any inconvenience. If/when the property is sold it makes no difference to the lease.
