We have one private, yet spacious, fully furnished bedroom available for rent within our 4 bedroom share house located in a peaceful area of Rydalmere, close to the Ermington shops and Parramatta. All other spaces, including the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms (newly renovated) will be shared.

The rent is $315 per week ($360 couples rate) which includes bills but not wifi. We will require 2 weeks rent and bond (also 2 weeks rent) up front. We are looking for people to stay for at least 6 months.

Bills and expenses

Laura is age 23 and owns the property alongside Tim. She works as a receptionist at Origin Energy so is away from home every week day. Her partner also spends time at the place so you might see him around every now and then too. Laura is friendly yet quiet and clean and she enjoys cooking and hanging out with her friends.

Tim:
Tim is 25 years old and is Laura’s brother. He works at Silverwater Correctional Complex and is also away from home every weekday. He enjoys going to Church and playing and watching sports and is very quiet and respectful.

Anthony:
Anthony is 38 and works in marketing so he is away from home during the weekdays. He is friendly and spends lots of time at his parents and friends places.
