hellooo !!! we are looking for a new roomie for our MASTER BEDROOM in Rydalmere/Dundas (halfway between Parramatta and Epping) to move in ASAP 😋🙂‍↕️🤭

The master bedroom comes with a double bed and lamp, as well as a built in closet and private ensuite. This room is quite large (4.0m x 3.9m) and gets heaps of natural light!! (perfect for plants 🪴🩷)

The rest of the house is furnished! This includes a washing machine, fridge, kitchenware, utensils, glassware, furniture, tv, microwave, air fryer, electric stove, kettle, oven and various other items !! We haven’t put too much effort into decorating the communal areas, but creatives are more than welcome to add their own personal flair to the home 🌷🌟🪲

You will also have access to the indoor swimming pool / spa and the tennis courts.

LOCATION:
The townhouse is a 3 minute walk away from the hourly 521 bus which takes you to either Parramatta Station or Eastwood Station. We are also a 10 minute walk away from Victoria Road which has frequent buses that go to the City, Strathfield, or to Parramatta train station (inc. night buses!). This is also where our local Aldi, pub, cafe and other lil shops are located! Alternatively, we are also a 10-15 minute walk away from Kissing Point Road which frequently offers buses to Eastwood and Epping (which links you to the newly expanded Metro). Our home is in a convenient location for WSU and MQ students 🙂
