Delightful modern unit (2017 build) lovely large balcony with leafy outlook, great sized bedroom with built in, almost exclusive use of the main bathroom, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and heating plenty of internal storage and a secure storage cage. Unit also has dishwasher and clothes dryer and good 5G connectivity within the building.
I have accepted a new position out of Sydney, so it is my room for rent. You would be sharing the home with only one person, Mel 46f.
