📍Location
- Sans Souci/Ramsgate Beach is connected by bus service 477, 467 & 355. These bus services take you either direct to the city or Kogarah Station which goes to Bondi Junction via the city
- Walking distance (2mins) to three seperate gyms
- multiple free fitness clubs run on the beach in the morning (HIIT, Pilates & a run club!)
- Walk 5 mins and be on the beach or at Kograh Bay
- Fitness clubs not your thing? Go to multiple bars, restaurants and pubs in the area (most with courtesy buses). Or grab a bike and do a bar hop!
- Close to the National Park for plenty of hikes or stay and do the coastal loop (7km)
- Minutes walk to Coles, Supabarn, cafes, restaurants, post office, dive shop & bike shop
- There’s also a bike path that takes you into the city from Ramsgate Beach

$35 a week for bills. This includes electricity, water, internet & streaming services.
Seperate groceries and cleaner who comes once per fortnight which we split 50/50.
