This is a cosy 2-bdr flat + its own private patio space, situated beneath a family home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The flat has its own private pathway from front gate. The available room is at the front and has its own entry off the garden patio.
• 2-min walk to bus stop for Manly Beach, City or Chatswood; as well as local village shops, cafes, Sushi and Indian restaurants, and multiple Pilates/Yoga studios!
• Beaches, gym, mountain biking, Westfield Warringah Mall all not much further away.
