Calm Homestay environment. Has a big backyard and off street parking. It has 5kw split air conditioning in kitchen, which cools whole house down during summer and warms in winter. It's walking distance to Seven Hills train station, bus, Blacktown Hospital and shopping centre. There is a 630 or 611 bus, which goes directly to Macquarie University (30 minutes). We have fast internet, which is included. We are not TV watchers; we tend to stream in our rooms. There are two shared bathrooms; one has a bath/shower combo and the other has a shower/laundry. There is a large shared kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooking. The room would suit hospital workers needing close access to Blacktown or Westmead hospital, and those who need a calm and quiet space for resting.

About the occupants
I've recently gone on a work hiatus to focus on post graduate study. I'm Australian, a non-practising Christian, well travelled, and I've hosted many nationalities. Another housemate works part time in the retail sector. We're looking for a house mate, who is also considerate, private and quiet. Some of us are shift workers and sleep is mandatory. We have a friendly cat, who comes in occasionally. None of us smoke or drink alcohol, but we don't judge anyone who likes a drink. We've all got a good sense of humour.
