Epic Sydney Waterfront Mansion to share in a peaceful cul de sac with amazing people!
How would you like to wake up, make a coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean? Live in a beautiful Sydney waterfront house with 6 other wonderful people!
The house has 180 degree views of the Pacific - a breezy balcony, lovely large garden and its own private cliff! :) We are right on the water. Relax in the lounge looking out over the ocean watching the whales go by during migration season, eat every night with a sea view, heck you can even wash up looking out across the ocean!
The mansion (and it is!) is located exactly between Coogee and Maroubra at the start of the second part of the Coogee-Maroubra Coastal walk. They say it's South Coogee.
We are looking for a sublet for 4-5 months for the Master bedroom.
Here are the key details:
• Room: Master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
• Furniture: I’ll be leaving my furniture in the room for your use.
• Rent: $2,253 per month, payable on the 8th of each month.
• Bond: To secure the room, one month’s rent ($2,253) must be paid upfront as a bond. This means the total amount due by the 8th of February would be $4,506 (first month’s rent + bond). The bond will cover the last month of the sublet.
• Availability: From the of 5th February for approximately 4-5 months.
All bills are included in the rent - internet, water, gas, Netflix, fortnightly cleaner, and communal house bits like washing up liquid, olive oil, toilet paper and paper towels, etc.

A sense of humour is a must and similar interests would be great but not at all essential. We love exercising, surfing, yoga, running, love socialising, cooking good food, BBQs, wine, beers, bars, cafes, movie nights, long walks on the beach... you know, the usual :)
