Flatmate Wanted – Bright, Spacious House Near Maroubra/Coogee Beach

Hi there! We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful flatmate to join our large, bright home in a quiet area close to Maroubra and Coogee Beach.

About the house/room:
• Large, spacious house with plenty of natural light
• Beautiful outdoor courtyard and garden perfect for relaxing or entertaining
• Fully furnished shared spaces
• Rent: $450per week/month + bills
• Available now!
• Close to Maroubra and Coogee Beach for a relaxed beach lifestyle, away from the hustle and bustle
• Room has ensuite and walk in wardrobe

About us: We’re three professionals in our mid-thirties, all working full-time. Two of us work from home 5 days a week, so we value a quiet, comfortable living space. We live active, social lives but also enjoy our downtime, whether that’s relaxing at home or heading to the beach.
We also have a greyhound named Alfie—he’s a quiet and lazy boy, and you’ll barely notice he’s around!

What we’re looking for:
• A clean, considerate, and responsible flatmate
• Non-smoker
• Ideally, someone who works full-time or has a similar routine
• Pet-friendly (but please note, we already have Alfie, so no more pets)
• Someone who’s happy to live in a shared, social household while also respecting personal space and downtime
