About occupants
Hi there, you will be living with my current flatmate and friend Carl. He is a tradie and works early mornings. Loves to relax and have a chat when home. He is often downstairs in his workshop or having downtime in his room watching movies.
He is very handy and helpful.
Compatible people
Being a dog person is a must! You will be living with me and Grae plus Evie, a mini dachshund (18months old) She is still in training. She needs love and boundaries and will do anything for treats and a tummy rubs. We consider Evie, and any new tenant, to be part of our tribe and strive for a positive, peaceful home where we can leave any stress of the day behind us and relax. We often cook and have meals together but that is optional, no pressure. Mutual respect and kindness is all we ask.
Description of pets
Evie, aka 'Little Pickle', is 18 months old and is a great guard dog when needed but is still in training. We would like someone calm and considerate of animals so she can feel comfortable with our new house member and be the happiest pup possible.
