Cleaning is simple, you clean your room, bathroom and kitchen when you cook, I clean for myself, and I also vacuum and dust weekly so it's always under control.
I have plenty of towels for you and all bedding is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality pans etc... for you to use.
There is a car space if needed and storage space in the garage as well.
The building also has a beautiful pool and spa and a great gym open from 5am till 10pm daily.
We also have 24 hour concierge.
The apartment is above St Leanord's train station, there are heaps of buses to the city and the beaches out front of the station and we have the Metro trains a short walk away as well.

This is a stunning, clean and safe home.
2 separate lounge rooms to rest in or entertain, a wrap around balcony with incredible sunrise views, a 24 hour concierge, a huge pool, spa and great gym, and we are at the train station so transport is amazing.
I work long hours 6 days a week and when I'm not working I'm at the beach, out walking, with friends or family or sleeping or watching netflix on my computer. Happy to chat when you feel like it but also happy to keep to myself.
I'm known for being super friendly but never invasive.
