2 min walk to shops coles, woolies, aldi, hairdresser, take away food everything also local train station and gyms.
Room size 2.6meters wide and 4.7meters length. Window and mirror.
Your room has a lock and could proberly fit a king bed and some draws.
We'll have a games room to share the back yard and fire pit to share you will have your own bathroom but kinda open to guest if that's ok cause it's the nicest looking. Kitchen to share I got a big fridge and plenty of cupboard space.
Laundry is outside with only a washing machine no dryer do have a clothes line tho or the shops up the street have a washing dryer shop.
Lounge room got aircon them kinda Bill's will be included in rent
I have loads of data you can use but it's only on my phone so just hotspot me.
Friends sure everyone has friends bring them over lounge folds out to bed if ever needed.
I have family visit occosanialy breaky, lunch, tea what ever happens but dont worrie it ain't the whole herd.
Pets please apply missy needs a new friend.
I am renting the whole house inside and out if your thinking about moving in please respect the place as if it was your own.
House includes
3 bedrooms, my room, a games room and 1 available.
2 bathrooms both with showers 1 with a toilet and a separate toilet also.
1 kitchen unless cooking over the fire can be counted as 2 oven stove cupboards the usual
Outside has grass concrete and a carshelter manual gates also.
I am asking for a Woman to move in as Missy tends to be frightened of us men.
Please email when ever I'm easy on rent well come to a mutual agreement but half would be $195 somthing to go off thank you

Missy 1, super cool and a little timid
I like to take Missy on bikes rides and we go camping every now and again.
She sleeps outside but if shes been really good and I feel up to it she stays inside with me she has the whole house to roam if she likes. Things I like are movies, dirtbikes, camping, Missy, playstation lol
I'm always cooking or Building things.
I'll maintain the lawn
I ain't working atm had a injury at work recovery going good fast.
Will be returning to work eventually with early mornings leaving the house around 5am
