Hi, my name is Sunil (Sunny) and I live in this great little 2 bedroom house with my sausage dog, Schnitzel!

The house is really awesome! We have a great deck area and backyard which is super quiet and serene given how close we are to major roads.

We are 5 mins walk to st Peter's station, and a 10 min walk to the hustle and bustle of King st. We are also virtually across the road from Sydney Park. We also have Simpson park across the road which I often treat as my own backyard.

The house comes with everything you need. We even have an attic that you can store extra stuff in. We have a huge TV which gives us that cinema feel, all appliances, etc.

I am a 36 year old lawyer working in Sydney. I often work from home. I am part of a competitive hockey team which plays most weekends and train during the week.

I love keeping fit, spending time with my friends, going out for drinks, having people in for board games or movies but most of all, love spending time with my dog.

I like to think I am a fun and caring person. I am an open person and would love to treat this house as a home with someone and make them feel welcome to feel comfortable in a safe space.

You'll often hear me singing along to Taylor or Beyonce and watching trashy tv!

I am looking for someone who would be keen to have the occasional drink, movie at home, but also appreciate and values their alone time.

I have a 10 year old sausage dog named Schnitzel! She is such a caring and sweet girl and makes freinds with absolutely everyone. She sleeps a lot and goes most places with me.
