The apartment is very unique and quirky over 2 levels, this room is part of the heritage section of the building with high ceilings on the 2nd level. Room size is 3.4m x 3.4m approx. You will be the only person living on that level.

The apartment is quite large (240sq. m) and spans the entire width of the building. We have three balconies on both sides, one which is off of the bedrooms and office, and another larger 60sqm balcony which overlooks the pool. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a very large living area, 3 bathrooms (main & ensuite), a kitchen with all appliances, laundry and a study. The living area and large balcony are both north facing, get great morning sun and overlook the pool.

Located a 2 minutes walk to Parramatta Rd for a bus, and walking distance to both RPA and USYD. You can walk to king street and Newtown station in 10-15 minutes, 10min walk to Stanmore station.

There is untimed street parking on one side of our street and there are almost always spaces available. The complex also has 10 visitors parking spots for anyone that visits.

Two resident cats very friendly, chilled and relaxed.

Hello! Tabitha here, l work as a buyer and l'm competing my studies this year. I'm a chilled type of person happy to interact here and there. I work from home a few days a week. I enjoy pilates and work part of the weekend.

Julie's an interior designer also works from home two days a week. And has a busy social life out with friends. Shes a fabulous baker and whiz in the kitchen (thank goodness for the dishwasher). Also loves chilled time at home.
We aim to catch up once a week for dinner, we love you to join us!

We are both located on the 1st level of the apartment and spend most of our time on that level.

Cleaning is a shared responsibility and we take turns weekly cleaning the communal areas (takes 1hr).
