Description of the home

Cosy and relaxed terrace house with a nice back yard in the Inner West! Right next to Stanmore station, 15min walk to Newtown. Two flatmates who are very chilled but up for music jams, TV, gaming, social vibes, etc.

Recently updated kitchen, dishwasher and gas stove, and renovated bathroom, plus new aircons installed in each room! There is one bathroom but 2 toilets and an outside laundry shed which provides a bit extra storage space (plus beer fridge!).

Just a few min walk from Stanmore station and shops and across the road from a lovely cafe.

Nice spacious backyard with bricks and some astroturf grass up the back, spacious enough to have some chilled summer sessions when it gets warmer again!

Plenty of easy parking always on the street, we can usually get a spot right at the front door!

Internet is about $70 shared between the 3 people per month and the other bills are always small. Water bills are part paid by the landlord so those are very affordable.
