Our sun-filled, fully-furnished, fully-equipped 2 bedroom apartment is located in a prime location with just a 16 minute express train ride to Wynyard. There are 3 Woolies, Coles, multiple Chemist Warehouses, a wide variety of dining options, shops, local grocers, a library and entertainment within walking distance, as well as a Burwood Chinatown Market. Both Burwood and Strathfield Station is just a 10 minute walk.
Your room is a large, fully-furnished bedroom with a full mirror built-in wardrobe, a Double Bed and Bed Frame, Bedside Table, Lamp, Pillows, Duvet, Towel, Bedsheets, etc. Your room also comes with direct access to your own private balcony.
The apartment is massive and fully-equipped with a separate home theatre room featuring an 85-inch smart TV and Bose speakers, a large cozy lounge room with TV, soundbar and a massive recliner sofa, a dining area, and a fully-stocked kitchen with Bosch appliances, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, airfryer, etc. Also has a breakfast bar, heaps of storage, and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower with lots of storage in the mirror cabinets, and a separate toilet.

We’re massive foodies and we love going out for nice dinners and casual bites, going to the gym, trying new things and exploring all the fun stuff Sydney has to offer! We’re always down to try new restaurants with you, go on adventures or outdoor walks, have bbqs, pasta nights, dinners and movie nights, but we’re also very respectful of your privacy and personal space.
Bonus points if you’re a foodie or are keen to explore and try new things!
We are only looking for one person so unfortunately, we won’t accept couples.
She’s house-trained and very well-behaved. She would never scratch, bite or harm you in any way. She stays mainly in the living room area and will not go inside the bedrooms or be in your way.
