Hey guys, I am subletting my room as my roommate is leaving Australia and I am looking for a roommate.
The house is located in Summer Hill and it’s less than 10 mins walking distance away from IGA and about 10-15 mins walking distance away from Summer Hill Train Station.
The lease ends in February next year.
Rent: AUD 280 without bills.
Bills: electricity, gas, water and wifi.
When: Available now.
The house is fully furnished except the room I am renting to you. There is a single king bed in the room.
About me: I am a considerate, friendly and respectful young professional civil engineer who is into CrossFit, rock climbing, hiking, coffee and road trips.
The house is small and minimalist so prefer someone with not a lot of stuffs with them. Not big enough for couple too. Also prefer someone who’s respectful and occupy with their work or studies.
