Hey everyone, my partner Rob and I have a room available in beautiful Summer Hill! (Move in date early September but can be flexible)

-Bay run is 3ish kms away
Rent is $280 per week (bills not included, split evenly quarterly). Preferably looking for someone long term as well, willing to sign onto the lease. (Move in date around 1 September but can be flexible)

We love AFL so go to a few games during the season. We live a pretty quiet life (especially during the week) but don’t mind a few drinks every now and then on a weekend! 🥂 Our home is always filled with positive energy and laughter 🤍
