This is a lovely sunny unit within minutes walk of Summer Hill Village. Very close to the train station and 10 minutes walk from the light rail.
The unit has a new kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning in the common areas and ceiling fans throughout.
The room is unfurnished but does have a good sized built in wardrobe.
The rest of the unit is fully furnished with fridge, washing machine, television, vacuum cleaner
etc all of which you are welcome to use.

I would prefer to share food costs but open to suggestions.
