NEED A PLACE TO REST IN SURRY HILLS FOR A MONTH?
This is a classic Surry Hills terrace, quirky but clean. It's old, with some peeling paint and outdated fixings, but it has a lot of charm! Everything you need appliance-wise and its in a great location. There are 4 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry (washer and dryer), living room and a backyard with clothesline. The backyard is the perfect place for outside dining, storing your bike or cultivating some potted veggies. The kitchen is super cute, includes storage space and appliances.
Incredibly convenient location: if you work anywhere near the city there is a bike lane outside the front door, the light rail across the road and Central Station is ten minute walk. Its an easy walk to Centennial Park and a bus at the end of the street to the beach. Bourke St Bakery is only a few doors up, Coles/Woolworths are a five minute walk and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's basically the best place to live in Sydney.
