Room available in this central penthouse apartment. Right in the heart of Surry Hills/ Darlinghurst, just off Oxford Street this Penthouse flat is split over two floors.
Downstairs is the main living space which comes with a large terrace set up with BBQ, table and outdoor seating set up. Lush with plants and a bit of greenery.
The living room is spacious with L shaped couch, 2 armchairs and a 65’ TV. Dinning room set for 4 and breakfast bar leading into kitchen with plenty of storage. Downstairs bathroom and plenty of cupboards for more storage.
There is ducted air conditioning.
I have Netflix, Binge and Prime all included. As you can see from the pics the place comes already furnished.
There is a pool, sauna and gym in the building.
Just off Oxford street on the Surry Hills/ Darlinghurst boarder. In the heart of the city.

Love city life and the area. Plenty to do. I work in management consulting with fairly long hours. I work very occasionally from home, from my bedroom but I’m mainly back in the office.
I love cooking and eating out. I can make a mean cocktail. I like to stay fit and healthy where possible. Weekdays are usually early ish nights and early to rise to go workout before work. Barry’s addict right here.
Adore travelling and the outdoors.
As a flatmate I like a tidy and respectful household. I’m not a ‘clean freak’ but appreciate a considerate space. Love to share a beer/ glass of wine but also respect personal space.
