5 minute walk to Crown Street or Oxford Street and plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes , shops and parks within very easy walking distance.

7-10 min walk to central
5-6 min walk to light rail.
10 min walk to SFS and SCG.

The apartment has great natural light due to huge windows and very high ceilings.
Has aircon and heating in both bedrooms and main kitchen/living room.

Decent sized balcony

Has a fantastic shower with good pressure which is something I think is very important 😀

There is also a large rooftop for entertaining or just reading in the sun.
The unit is furnished but we can discuss things you have that you want in the apartment and also there is decent storage

People in the building are mostly owners and mostly are very friendly and all get on.

I am clean and tidy, ( the pug a bit less so) without being OCD.

Alcohol is more than fine but I don't generally drink too much in the house during the working week as I work regular hours.

Work wise I'm a professional leader in banking and finance Usually WFH 2-3 days a week.
I do vape but unobtrusively (not the cheap to rubbish)
