Room has floor to ceiling windows of the balcony which is huge! You can fit a queen bed and it has a built in wardrobe. The storage isn't a lot so if you have a lot of things, this isn't the place for you.
You get your own bathroom which has a tub.
Electricity would be split 60-40 as this room doesn't have a AC/inverter but the rest of the apartment does

Great building with good security, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a mini gym
The apartment is on the 8th floor - it's a penthouse
Location is everything and it's very close to grocery stores, amazing restaurants, cafes, pubs in line with the diversification Surry Hills has to offer.
Close to public transport - bus stops, light rail and central is right around the corner.

Room fits a double bed and possibly a queen bed
You will have your own bathroom with a tub
Not suitable for someone who has a lot of things and as storage is limited
I am looking for a lease transfer as will look to move in the next 2-3 months but this is not confirmed yet as still deciding and might not happen.
