Description of the home

Hello! This is a short term room sublet for about 2 months. Moving date is flexible. Starting ideally 1st week of december to January 24th next year. Room is spacious, and bright with a completely new utilities desk. Most of my things have been moved out, will only be keeping one box at home :)

You have your own private room. The room has been cleaned for you to move in immediately and has a:
Heater
Mini fan
Charging ports
Desk lamps
Clothes hanger
Vacuum
Humidifier
Bed sheet with blanket cover
Pillow with pillow cases (ofc you’re welcome to bring your own)
All furnished and included during your stay.

Washing machine and dryer are also available for use!
Do let me know if you need a fridge area, it can be cleared out and arranged.

About the location:
It is extremely close to the city.
5 min walk from central station
3 min walk from bus stop

Roommates (both Argentinians):
Boris: friendly guy who’s also subletting short term and is very neat and tidy.
Shiela: very friendly occasionally has good chats with you about your day but also wouldn’t mind giving you your own space.

Maria: extremely chill and is always a bright positive girl. She's quite happy to have a little sit down to catch up ~
Milward: Quiet dude on the outside but can also become chatty if you get to know him.

We share the cleaning roster outside and everyone is very clean and tidy. You'll be sharing the first floor with another roommate and the rooms are far apart so you'll definitely have your own space. There are 2 bathrooms (1 basic toilet with dryer and washing machine and 1 on the second floor with showers)

The room is 390 a week including bills, electricity and gas.

About you: ideally someone who’s chill and wouldn’t mind a friendly chat too! Don’t have much requirements other then, please respect the space and keep the room clean while I’m gone and clean up before you leave the room at the end of the stay :) the house is made up of working adults, rent is paid every Monday via transfer to me :)
