Beautiful 2 storey, 4 bedroom detached house with a large study/cellar on the ground floor. There are 2 bathrooms with baths and marmol walls. Our backyard/patio has a gas BBQ. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped and the living area has a LCD flat screen TV with digital television - the bedrooms are large and comfortable.

The house has no parking allocated to it. However this is something you will need to discuss with Sydney Council

We are located very close to Crown street and Cleveland Street, safe and convenient area, where you can find cafes, restaurants, pubs, medical centres, buses to Coogee, Bondi Junction, the City, etc. Central Station is the closest train station, which is 8 min walk. The Surry Hills Shopping Mall is just 2 min walk from our house. 10 min walk to Centennial Park and Fox Studios.

This house is a home away from home it gives you that tranquility and warmth is not a hotel or hostel and most definitely not a pub. Our tenants and us take pride of what we built and where we live and we expect the same from new tenants

About occupants
Hi my name is Sandra. I am happily married and live with my 3 children in Queensland. My husband Bill built the house and looks after all maintenance and repairs.

We love outdoors, family gatherings and enjoy watching our children playing sports. We are looking for responsible, respectful and clean and tidy tenants.

WE DON'T live in the house.

The inspections will be held either by us or by one of the current tenants.

Flatmates - There are currently young professionals living in the house, airline professional (male) and hospitality professional (female)

If you are happy to share a house with the people mentioned, as you can see, they all have busy lives and even though you will all live under one roof, you will find that there are different work and social schedules. The people in the house have a love for cooking, good laugh and are social but also love to have time for themselves.

You will find your own space while living in the house as everybody are always out doing their own things. There is a really good atmosphere in the house and the people that are currently renting are respectful, honest.

We are looking for long term with minimum 6 months respectful, responsible, honest, easygoing, happy and most important CLEAN people. Preferably responsible holidaymakers who are in Australia for working holidays, quite students or professionals who do not mind home sharing with others.

We are looking for a person that does not take things for granted and is prepare to look after a nice house while living in it. We prefer a minimum stay of 6 months (no short stay thank you).

A CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN person and ABSOLUTELY RESPECTFUL and someone that DOES NOT MIND SHARING WITH OTHERS - this is very important to us.
