Hi Flatmates!!
For rent single room for short period 4 weeks ( 24th April till 22nd of May but can be flexible) and can be extended for a longer period. $350 for 1 person or $400 for a couple.
Fully furnished with ceiling fan and super comfortable queen bed, all bills and internet included. Super central location 5 min walk from central station and 5 min walk from Hyde Park, ALDI/Coles/Woollies 2 min away. It's a big share house with shared kitchen and bathrooms, despite the size we keep it nice and clean, international people from Europe and America, very respectful but also always keen for a chat and a beer. There is a huge terrace on the rooftop, washing machine, drier, fully furnished kitchen, it's just a great place.
Single room available for 4 weeks from 24th April till 22nd of May (flexible dates), as I will be travelling to Canada and USA, but possibility to further extend as I will be probably moving out end of May.
